The main La Escalera Ranch headquarters in Fort Stockton, Texas is located on one solid block, 28 miles East to West & 14 miles North to South, with a 100% mineral ownership. It would be fair to say that tracts of this size are rare commodities. While the Ranch has operated as a working cattle ranch for over 100 years, the untapped hydrocarbon potential was subsequently studied and determined to be a bounty overlooked in the past.
